Content Notice

The library is a free reference shelf for the roofing trade. It carries documents published by government agencies — building codes as adopted, OSHA publications, state insurance-department guides — alongside manufacturer and carrier technical bulletins, brochures and installation manuals, industry references, and conference, expert and forensic papers that circulate publicly in the trade and in the public record.

Every document is labeled with the name of its publisher, and where the publication year is known, the year. We do not present anyone else’s work as our own.

Documents here were obtained from public circulation — public agencies, publishers’ own distribution, and material exchanged openly in the trade and in public records — and are posted in good faith on a public-domain or fair-use basis, with attribution, for reference and education. No ownership or copyright is claimed over any third-party document, and nothing in the library is sold: there is no charge, no account and no email wall. Where an individual document’s sourcing warrants saying more, its page carries its own provenance note.

Documents are reproduced as obtained. If a publisher issues a newer edition, the copy here may lag it — the publisher’s own site is always the authoritative source for the current version.

If you hold rights in a document posted here and want it removed or the attribution corrected, tell us through the contact page — include the document’s title or its address on this site. Requests are honored promptly — that responsiveness is a standing commitment of this library — and the document stays down while anything is being discussed.

Read them, download them, put them to work. They are reference material: codes and standards turn on the edition your jurisdiction adopted, and claim handling turns on the individual policy — confirm anything load-bearing with your building department, the publisher, or the licensed professionals permitted to advise on your situation.
