This form is how you get hold of us. It is not a fallback and it is not a lead-capture box dressed up as one — it is the only inbound channel that works, and it is read by the operator rather than routed anywhere.

Our email addresses do not work

Neither of this site’s domains is set up to receive mail. Anything ever sent to an address ending @nationalroofingdirectory.com or @nationalroofingdirectory.org — including the privacy and legal addresses previously printed in our policies — bounced and was never read. If you wrote to one of them, it did not arrive. Please send it again here.

This is the channel

The form goes to the person who runs the site. There is no support desk behind it and no ticketing system in front of it.

It becomes a record

Every message is written to a table before anyone is notified, so a request cannot evaporate because a notification was missed. You get a reference number back.

No turnaround promised

We are not going to quote you a number we might miss. Privacy and data-rights requests are the exception: those run to the deadlines set out in the privacy policy.

It is not published

What you send is stored for handling your request and is never rendered on a public page. The database does not permit an anonymous read of this table at all.

Exercising a data right

Pick a privacy or data request below. Say which right you are exercising — access, correction, deletion, portability, or opting out of the sale or sharing of your information — and include enough detail for us to find you in the records: the name and address on the listing if it is a business, or the email address you used if it is an account. We do not ask for anything beyond what is needed to identify the record, and we do not use what you send here for anything else.
