Post a roofing job

Free, and it takes about three minutes. This board carries roofing roles only, posted by the companies doing the hiring — no aggregated listings, no reposts, nothing scraped from anywhere else. That is why the people reading it are in the trade rather than filtering a national job site down to something relevant.

    A person reads it

Submissions go in as pending. Someone reviews the posting before it appears — that the role is real, the location is real, and the description tells an applicant something.

30 days, then it comes off

Every posting expires automatically. Filled it early? Email us and we will pull it the same day.

    Pay range asked every time

Eighteen states and DC require a good-faith range in the posting. The duty is yours, not ours — but the field is there so you comply without thinking about it.

    Your details stay private

Your email and phone are how we reach you. They are never rendered on a public page, and the database does not allow an anonymous read of those columns.

    Which category?

    On The Roof
Installers, mechanics, foremen and service crews.
    Sales & Estimating
Estimators, project managers and outside sales.
    Office Careers
    Admin, scheduling, accounting and marketing.
    In The Shop
Fabrication, sheet metal, warehouse and yard.
    Drivers & Operators
CDL drivers, boom truck, conveyor and crane operators.

Not sure? Pick where the person physically works. A commercial estimator who spends half their week on roofs is still Sales & Estimating, because that is where somebody looking for that job will look.

    The role

What the role is called on a paycheck. “Commercial Roofing Foreman”, not “Rockstar Roof Ninja”.

The company doing the hiring, as it trades.

Where the work happens. This is how people filter the board.

What the work actually is, what you need them to have, and what the schedule looks like. Crews read these on a phone at lunch — plain sentences beat a wall of bullet points.

    Pay range

Eighteen states and the District of Columbia require a good-faith pay range in the posting itself — California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont and Washington among them. That obligation is yours as the employer, not this site’s. We ask for it on every posting so you comply by default, and because a posting with a range gets more qualified applicants and better placement in Google’s job results.

No range entered. The posting will still run, and the page will say plainly that no range was published — which applicants notice. If the role sits in a mandate state, the omission is a compliance problem for you rather than for the board.

    Applying & contact

Where applicants should go — your careers page, an ATS link, or a form. Applications go straight to you; this site never receives them.

Your contact details are never published. They are how we reach you about this posting — to check a detail, or to confirm you want it pulled early. They are not rendered on any public page, and the database does not permit an anonymous read of those columns at all, so they cannot leak through a page we write later.
