What each level publishes
You can fill in every field at every level — all three phone numbers, all five links, all fifty photos — from the moment you claim your listing. What your membership decides is how much of it we publish. Anything over your allowance is stored, used to route enquiries to you, and shown on your public profile the day you upgrade. Nothing is deleted if you move back down.

Phone numbers, email addresses and links are published from Verified upward. Below that they are held on file so we can reach you about enquiries on your listing and about your account, and are not shown to visitors — your website is not rendered as a link at all, so an unverified listing passes no search authority to your site. Editing is included on every claimed listing — the $5.00 flat service fee is charged once, and you can correct your listing as often as you need after that.
Why unconfirmed listings are removed
These listings were built from public business records, some of them years old. When we contacted the businesses in them, 44% of the email addresses were dead — companies that closed, moved, or were never reachable at that address in the first place. A directory full of businesses that no longer exist is worse than useless to a homeowner with a leaking roof.
So we keep listings that somebody has confirmed. Claiming is the cheapest way to confirm yours and hold your place — and it comes with 90 days of Verified, which publishes your details. Verified then continues monthly on your card until you cancel, and your details stay published. Nothing is removed without notice, and a removed listing can be restored by claiming it.
More than one location
Each location is managed separately and picks its own level — your flagship can sit on Platinum while a satellite branch sits on Verified. Every additional location on the same level is discounted: 25% off each additional Gold and 50% off each additional Platinum.
The discount is counted per level, so adding a smaller location never changes what a larger one costs.
Membership buys the features listed above. It does not buy a guaranteed number of enquiries, customers or jobs — see sections 7 and 10 of the Membership Terms, which also set out that fees are non-refundable once charged. The Verified checklist is worked by a person and is never granted by payment.
