National B2B Companies Serving Roofing Contractors

Software, associations, lenders, telematics platforms and equipment rental networks that sell the same thing in every state. A contractor in Bangor and a contractor in Bakersfield sign substantially the same agreement with these companies, and that sameness is the product.

Underneath the feature lists, what a national vendor is selling is independence from geography. The CRM behaves identically in every market, the lender’s dealer agreement is the same document, the rental network has a branch in the next metro, and the association’s technical documents get cited in specifications nationwide. That is worth real money to a contractor opening in a second state.

What it does not buy is presence. Nobody on this list drives to a jobsite, and none of these entries carries a service area, because there is nothing to bound. When the job is to get somebody to physically turn up, this is the wrong list.

Smoke Damage Testing & Assessment (1)

Independent testing that documents what smoke actually deposited in a building. Kept separate from restoration on purpose: it is a different service, bought by a different party, and it is frequently what settles a disputed scope.

Laboratory smoke damage testing and documentation for homes, businesses and standing properties affected by wildfire smoke, nearby fires, soot, ash or smoke odour. The company states that its protocols are aligned to ANSI/IICRC S700-2025 and S760, that analysis is carried out by accredited laboratories, and that licensed industrial hygienists are involved. It is a testing and documentation service rather than a restoration contractor. For a roofing contractor the relevance is evidentiary: whether a building is contaminated is established by sampling, not by looking at it, and what that sampling finds shapes the scope of work a roof is repaired or replaced under.

    Construction Staffing (2)

A national account is not the same as somebody turning up

Every company on this page sells the same thing in every state, which is the whole point of it: predictable pricing, one contract, support hours that do not depend on where the crew is working. None of that helps when a dump trailer dies at 7am on a tear-off, when a FORTIFIED installation needs an independent evaluator on the coast, or when a code official wants to talk to somebody who knows the local amendment.

Those are geographic problems with geographic answers, and they sit on the regional and local page instead, where every entry carries the area it will actually travel to.

What is missing here, and why

Some categories in this section are empty on purpose. Every entry above came off the company’s own website; where that evidence did not exist, the category was left empty rather than filled with businesses nobody had checked.

    • No law firms and no accounting practices are listed. The legal and financial category here holds financing providers only — construction-defect attorneys and CPAs who specialise in contractors are worth listing, but not from a directory of self-descriptions.
    • Under public adjusting you will find the national association, not individual adjusting firms. Public adjusting is licensed state by state and the licence, not a listing, is the thing to check.
    • Marketing is two firms deep, not a roster. Roofing marketing agencies are numerous, near-identical in their own copy, and almost impossible to separate on published evidence.

If you run a company that belongs in one of those gaps, or you have found an error in an entry above, tell us about your company. Listing is free and is not for sale.

    How to read these listings

Each entry records what a company publishes about itself, on the date it was read. It is not a recommendation, a ranking or a check of anyone’s work, and no company paid to appear here. Where a company publishes a figure about its own size, that figure is quoted as self-reported and linked to the page it came from.

Ownership in this industry changes constantly — distributors merge, manufacturers get acquired, brands get renamed. Where an entry knows about a change, it says so. Before you rely on a detail, follow the link and check it at the source.
