IICRC S700 Standard for Professional Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration — consolidated ballot draft

The IICRC's fire and smoke damage restoration standard as a line-numbered working copy circulated for its second public review and consensus-body approval ballot in July 2023 — a draft, not a published standard.
